Steak, chicken, and shrimp hibachi is one of my favorite things to cook on my Blackstone griddle. It is delicious, fun, and entertaining for people to watch. You can pretend that your backyard is a Japanese steakhouse!
This is my intermediate recipe where I cooked the rice the night before and left the meat whole. If you want and esier recipe I would suggest my post Easy Beginner Hibachi on a Griddle. If you need help with the rice check out my post How to Make Rice for Fried Rice. I have my recipe first, then a full step-by-step video following it.
