I'm not going to call them Philly Cheesesteaks because I'm not from Philly. But I will call them delicious because no matter what city you are in thats what these things are, delicious!


Course Main Course


  • 1 lb Ribeye Steak shaved thinly
  • 1 White Onion
  • 6 slices Provolone Cheese
  • 4 soft Hoagie Rolls
  • 2 tsp salt and pepper


  • Place steak in freezer for half hour then slice as thin as possible. Or see if your butcher will slice it for you while you are at the store.
  • Dice onion
  • Preheat griddle to 375 degrees and put down some oil.
  • Place onions down while griddle is preheating.
  • Once griddle is preheated place down slices of steak
  • Cook steak for 4 to 5 minutes continuing to chop it up as it cooks.
  • Add salt and pepper to steak
  • After 5 minutes add onions to steak then separate in into piles the length of you hoagie rolls.
  • Add two slices of cheese to each pile of meat then cover it with your hoagie roll to steam.
  • After a minute or when your cheese is melted slide you spatula under the meat then flip everything over into your hoagie roll and enjoy!.
