Equipment
- 2 Spatulas
Ingredients
- 1 lbs. ground pork any ground meat works turkey, beef ect..
- 3 green onion sliced
- 2 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1 tsp ground ginger or ginger paste
- 16 oz. bag of coleslaw mix
- 8 oz water chestnuts
- ¼ Cup Banchans Japanese BBQ sauce or soy suace
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoon Siracha
- 2 teaspoon sesame oil
- Yum Yum sauce to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat griddle to 375-400 degrees and put down a thin layer of oil.
- Put down ground meat and white parts of green onions. Brown for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Add garlic and ginger, sautee for a minute then mix with ground meat.
- After the meat is fully cooked add the cole slaw and water chestnuts next to it.
- Cook for 1 to 2 minutes then mix it all together and make a well in the middle.
- Add oil to the well then crack your egg in there. Scramble your egg and mix everything together.
- Turn off your burners, add Japanese BBQ, Siracha and sesame oil then give it a final mix together with two spatulas.
- Top with Yum Yum sauce and the rest of the sliced green onions and enjoy!
