Hi I’m Johnny

Thanks for checking out my website.  All the recipes and posts here are about cooking on the griddle.  It’s not really a food blog, more of a hub for great griddle recipes.  I may have a few articles about cleaning and general griddle maintenance.

I have a Camp Chef FTG 600, a Blackstone Adventure Ready, and a Blackstone E-Series.  I enjoy cooking on all of them.  I’m no chef but I’ve worked in restaurants and diners my whole working life so I know a little bit and thought I would share.  I live in Columbus Ohio with my wife, our dog Murphy and our son Liam.  You may see them from time to time in videos or photos.
