Hi! and thanks for checking out my website. All the videos and recipes on here are me cooking on the griddle. I have a Camp Chef Flat Top Grill 600 and I love it. I’m not an expert by any means so there will definitely be some mistakes. However I have worked in kitchens most of my life, so I know a little bit. I’m not trying to reinvent the wheel or make unbelievable food. I just enjoy cooking on the griddle and figured I would share. I’m always open to suggestions or recommendations on how to cook better on the Griddle. I live in Columbus Ohio with my wife, my newborn son, and our dog Murphy.
